All orders placed before 11th December 2025 will be guaranteed to dispatch before Christmas.

Delivery time is subject to the courier once your parcel has been collected.

🧵 Made to Order Items:

Any Made to Order pieces purchased after 11th December will follow our usual 1–3 week turnaround.

🚚 Ready to Ship Items:

Orders containing Ready to Ship items only (One Pieces, Jewellery & Gift Vouchers) have an extended cut-off —

Order by 19th December for Christmas dispatch.

General Q&A:

Are your items made to order?
A large portion of our products are MADE TO ORDER. We do not have stock readily available, which can be shipped next day. Rather, we thoughtfully hand make pieces as the order comes through. As an ocean inspired brand, we're very passionate about doing our part for the planet. A made to order model allows us to reduce waste and minimise our environmental footprint.
When will my order be dispatched?
Made-to-order garments, can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to dispatch. During promotional periods and launch periods, please allow a maximum timeframe of 3-4 weeks for production time. If you urgently need an order, please let us know a date you require it by and we will do our very best to get your order to you in time. Please keep note of these production times when making an order.
How do I find the tracking number?
Our friendly team will send you an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your parcels journey till delivery. We use Australia Post as a courier.
Will there restocks?
Most of the time, no. Our designs are made from dead stock fabric. Dead stock fabrics are purchased as one offs, so once they've been used up, we can no longer get our hands on more. We choose this approach, as it keeps items extremely exclusive and also complies with our sustainability mission.
How do I care for my garment?
Nautili is renowned for its delicate items. Every piece is thoughtfully embellished. Please take care when wearing and cleaning your item. All items are cold hand wash only. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Dry flat. Do not iron unless noted on your care label.

Can I choose what goes in my mystery box?
You can choose your size and colour preference, and we’ll take care of the rest! Our team will curate your mystery box based on availability and your preferences. If an item has multiple colour options, we’ll pick what we think suits best. All mystery box sales are final.

What tops could be included in my mystery box?
Each box includes a mix of new releases, best sellers, and archived favourites. You could receive any top currently available on our website at the time of your purchase — that’s part of the fun!

Who gets a gift?
We’re giving away $1,000 worth of gifts this Black Friday! 🎁 Every order will receive one gift while stocks last. Once we run out, that’s it — we’ll update our Instagram stories when we’re running low.

What kind of gifts are there?
A mix of ocean-inspired goodies and beauty treats! Each one is different, so it’s total luck of the draw what you’ll receive.

Is there free postage?
Yes! Spend $180 or more to get free postage Australia-wide.

Can I use a discount code with the sale?
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can’t be used with Black Friday sale items or mystery boxes.

How long does the sale run?
The sale runs until stock sells out or until 30.11.25 - whichever comes first!

When will my order ship?
Please allow a little extra time during our Black Friday rush. We’re expecting high order volumes. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. With a bigger team, orders are expected to move out quickly, but please note there is a possibility orders may take 1-4 weeks.

Can I return or exchange sale or mystery box items?
All sale items and mystery boxes are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item is faulty.
