Dispatch

• Made to order styles will be dispatched as follows:
                 - Please allow 1-3 weeks production time (not peak period)
                 - Please allow 2-4 weeks production time during peak periods; i.e. promotions, new launches. 
  
  

All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, QLD. We dispatch orders during week days only.

Shipping Costs (Australia Only):

• Standard shipping $13
• Express shipping $15
• Standard Signature on delivery $17

Note* Estimated delivery dates are subject to change depending on location and other circumstances i.e natural disasters, pandemics, promotional periods. Nautili.co is not responsible for any delays, damages in transit or lost parcels in transit.  Unfortunately, issues with delivery are out of our control. If you experience any postal issues, you can send an enquiry to Australia Post using your order tracking number. 

International Shipping:

Nautili offers worldwide shipping. Prices vary depending on location. 

Local Pick ups: 

Nautili offers local pick ups. Please direct message us on instagram for more information. 

Lost or Damaged Mail:

Nautili will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail. Once your parcel is dispatched, our friendly team will forward you a tracking number. You will be able to track your parcels journey till delivery. If any issues arise regarding lost or damaged mail, please query with Australia Post only. Unfortunately we will not be able to help in these situations.
